In early 2007, designers Renzo Fauciglietti and Graziella Bianchi expanded on the success of their Bottega Side Chair (2003) with the introduction of an Armchair and Stool. Both of the chairs are constructed with harmonic sheet steel backs that flex with users for continuous support. All three pieces are wrapped in smooth-as-silk stain resistant leather that’s both luxurious and low-maintenance. Covering the slender but strong steel frames, the leather is hand-sewn to hug every angle and curve. The seats are lightly padded to encourage leisurely dining. This combination of suppleness and strength found in Bottega is not always easy to find in fixed seating. A choice of leather colors makes Bottega suitable for a variety of settings. Made in Italy.
